we have 4 long spreading/ Cutting tables with cutting capacity for 8000-10,000 pcs per day across 2 factories, we have well trained manual cutters to handle stripes & delicate fabrics.

We well experienced sampling head & Tailors in sampling department to handle all types for fabrics & styles, which help us to us delivery samples on time with right quality, also sampling dept help us to produce small qtys which helps our customers to do trails runs on new fabrics & styles.

we have 180 well equipped latest sewing machines across 2 factories and well trained work force to handle all type of fabrics & styles(i.e., Tee, Polo, sweat shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, Lounge pants, PJs, Rompers, etc., ) in both factories.

We have 16 Ironing tables across 2 factories and well trained Work force to handle any types of Garments & packing methods, we can pack 7000-8000 pcs per day, also all garments will go through Needle detector before packing.
